QualityICEE commitment to quality and best practice was formalised in September 2001 when we achieved the standard of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. Accreditation was awarded by BSI (British Standards) one of the leading assessment bodies in the UK. ICEE places great emphasis on continual improvement throughout its business, whether to field engineers, production staff or office based personnel. All ICEE people are committed to the principle of delivering exceptional customer service. This is reflected from initial contact - whether internal or external at our customers premises - to ongoing business relationship. On joining ICEE all employees are provided with a comprehensive programme of training to enable them to perform their roles to the highest standard of quality and efficiency. Our people progress and broaden their knowledge and skill set as part of our comprehensive Personal Development Review Process, delivering greater employment flexibility and opportunities. ICEE's fully documented Business Management System is available to all employees to access and is actively promoted within the companies’ management structure. All field engineers who are new to ICEE work along-side an on-site Team Leader until they have demonstrated consistency at acheiving the ICEE standard. The field staff (including contractors) are regularly audited by specialist ICEE quality assurance staff who work independently of the Project Management Team, to ensure quality of delivery - whether it be workmanship or accurate documentation management. A comprehensive audit report is generated for analysis by management to identify any improvement initiatives. A Summary of a ICEE's site audit report is made available to a customer when required.
