Grease Guzzler Manufacture for WPL

Background :  A firm local to ICEE -  WPL Ltd manufacture a revolutionary grease management system for use in industrial / commercial kitchens and restaurants.
The Grease Guzzlers ™ are designed to stop mess, prevent waste and to improve hygiene within the commercial kitchens – offering their customers “ fat free drains”.

Scope : WPL initially approached ICEE to manufacture the Grease Guzzler enclosures from mild steel, as per drawings supplied, including the powder coating of the units.

Services provided : Component supply, Full build of units, Site surveys, installation including supply of installation materials, commissioning and Maintenance

Additional Information : Over the years this relationship has developed and due to the high level of service ICEE offer, ICEE now supplies a full turnkey solution to the customer.  ICEE now supplies all components (apart from the WPL patented Bio-fluid), assemble all internal components, fully test the units, pack the unit and distribute the units as required.  ICEE also install these units into customer premises for WPL, and undertake an annual service contract for all of the units that are now operational.
