Scope : Full turnkey management of the deployment of Node B’s into T-Mobile’s network, Transmission Proving & Integration. 

Services Supplied : Site Surveys, Warehousing and Delivery, Access Management, Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Installation Material Supply, Field Technical Support, Spares Management, Customer Database Management, Project Management, Transproving and live cutover.
