This long term project required multiple site surveys, installation, commissioning, cable supply, project and site management.
ICEE embraced the project with their dedicated team, in, for example:
- Installation of two 85,000 port NGN switches into BT
- Installation of Bandwidth Managers at Bude and Keybridge House (BT GN)
- Installation of 5ESS switches for BT Directory Assistance and Operator Assistance (Switch centres and bureaux)
- SDH Upgrades on BT GN
- Installation of 5ESS switch test bed into BT at Martlesham
The breadth of the project encompassed products DSN, DWDM, SDH, Bandwidth Manager (BWM), Switch (5ESS), DACCS (Cross-connect)
