High-quality and reliable architectural metalwork
Here at ICEE we have the in-house resources and capabilities to deliver some of the most robust and highest quality architectural metalwork on the market. With our advanced 3D CAD system, we can easily design, accurately model and rigorously test metal parts and structures for our clients, from safety critical brackets to simple canopies and highly-stressed roofing and flooring assemblies. Once your ideas have gone through the design process, we will then fabricate the final product and produce prototypes where necessary. Not only this, but we will also offer transportation and installation of the finished work to your site. Fulfilled by our highly experience and accredited engineers, you will receive a complete end-to-end, highly competitive service that is right-first-time.
Our in-house resources give us the capability to make one-off projects, as well as fabricate a batch of specific metalwork and deliver higher volume production, all performed to the highest quality standards and relevant industry accreditations. Our use of the latest technology combined with our highly-skilled workforce allows us to deliver precision – engineering metalwork on time, to your exact specification and within budget. Our quality standard accreditations include CHAS and Safe Partner status and we work to the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System. This accreditation was awarded by BSI (British Standards), one of the UK’s leading assessment bodies.
Our experience in the fabrication of architectural metalworks ranges from small components to wall cladding panels, steel frames for large buildings, and much more. The list of services we offer includes:
- Design and prototype testing
- Fabrication, including welding, plating, coating and finishing
- One-off, batch and volume production
- Transport and delivery
- Installation, commissioning and decommissioning
- Ongoing maintenance
Materials we work with
We are able to process a wide range of materials for the architectural and building sectors including everything from ferrous and non-ferrous metals to glass, wood ranging from large plywood laminates to MDF, facing masonry, stone, brick and ceramics, plastic composites and core materials. Our advanced laser and waterjet cutting machines will cut or profile – including shape in three dimensions (3D) by waterjet – virtually any material that you require for your projects. For example, with our highly accurate waterjet process we can cut aluminium-faced honeycomb wall panelling and in complete contrast, 230mm thick granite blocks.
