Bespoke, high-level design is at the start point of all our Equipment Enclosures Manufacturing Process. Using state of the art 3D CAD from SolidWorks, our process is highly advanced. All design software is linked to our CNC Machines on our shop floor. This enables the practical delivery of swift, efficent and accurate design, coupled to make and test prototypes, followed by rapid one off or batch production.

Our Enclosure Manufacturing utilises our Profile Cutting Services. Besides profile-cutting two-dimensional parts from ferrous and non-ferrous sheet, our powerful waterjet resources will cut parts in three dimensions from heavy plate and thicker stock, bringing new possibilities for design innovation and production cost savings.
We use Bystronic 6kW Fibre 3015 fibre laser cutting technology to swiftly profile parts from ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal and light gauge plate. Throughput is increased with a Bystronic automated laser cutting head changer and the machine maker’s ByTrans robotic materials loader.
Fabrication and Assembly
Here at ICEE, as a managed service, we can expertly assemble, test, warehouse, and deliver your products. Our product assembly service is completely flexible and designed to meet your specific needs. We have the capability to assemble products at our premises from free-issues parts you supply us with, or with our own products, fabricated onsite. Based on your specification and supply chain requirements, our experienced in-house purchasing team will also procure and stock any necessary bought-out component parts or equipment.
Installation and Commissioning
A One-Stop-Shop Solution
To complete our Turn Key Solution, ICEE also has the ability to install and commission fabricated enclosures on a range of networks. This includes site-surveying, cabinet bolt downs, and connecting the cabinet to power. To find out more, view our field services page.
