Bespoke Services For You
Our integrated support services will ensure your product or service performs faultlessly in the field. ICEE field services are backed by rigorous project management, including full accountability and traceability records. We will manage the whole field service process, from liaising with local authorities to site preparation, delivery and installation, commission and test, through to ongoing maintenance and upgrading, repair and refurbishment.
Surveying
From pre-assesments and auditing, to risk assessments and land checks, ICEE offers a full surveying service before every job, to ensure we are safe and compliant.
Installation
We install a large variety of cabinets and racks, for a number of industries. This includes cabinet bolt down, electrical connection and quality checks.
Provisioning
Besides conforming to recognised industry standards, ICEE will follow your specifications exactly on commissioning and testing. Results are documented to provide full accountability and traceability.
Equipment Integration
ICEE’s integration services, combined with rigorous testing processes, are designed to bring nodes and network elements into commercial service efficiently and swiftly.
Maintenance/Refurb
ICEE regards maintenance as a vital investment within the lifecycle of equipment enclosure networks and related assets. In some cases, refubrishment is a great option, providing a lower cost option.
Decommissioning
ICEE has considerable experience safely decommissioning a variety of low power electrical systems and plant. We also work on live networks, removing or replacing obsolete equipment at least risk.
