Mike Windebank is our Field Manager at ICEE, working from our Project Delivery Group.
As the Field Manager, Mike’s day-to-day role includes managing our Field Engineers and Electricians, working with customers to support on project delivery, attending site in person, and also ensuring all rules and safety tips are being followed by all of our staff in the field. Mike says “the biggest area we work within is Fibre to the Home, so there is always challenges for me to solve, alongside my team. Ensuring our customer is happy at all times, indicates that the service is running smoothly, and ensures our customers, clients, stay connected.”
Mike has worked with us for around nine years now, and he says this is down to the close-knit, personal feel the company has. When not at work, Mike enjoys watching the football, as well as watching his son play it locally. He describes himself as helpful, knowledgeable and a family centred.
