BT | EE Locken Access Contract

Since April 2024, ICEE has been delivering the BT (EE) Locken Access Contract, providing secure, escorted access to critical telecommunications sites across the UK. Through a dedicated team of certified field engineers, ICEE supports safe, controlled access to infrastructure that underpins the national mobile network.

The Locken Access Contract is delivered in collaboration with BT Group’s mobile division, EE, enabling authorised personnel to access sites where they do not hold permanent access credentials. ICEE ensures every visit is managed securely, professionally and in full compliance with site requirements.

ICEE’s engineers provide escorted access to telecommunications sites across the UK, managing site entry, supervision and secure exit for all authorised visitors. This service ensures that access is controlled at all times, with site security maintained throughout on-site activity.

Using the Locken digital access system, every visit is logged and recorded, providing full traceability, real-time visibility and clear reporting. This approach reduces reliance on physical keys, improves auditability and supports modern access management across complex telecommunications estates.
