BT/EE Locken Access Contract
Providing telecommunications support to BT(EE) across the United Kingdom.
Escorted access, complete security solution.
Since April 2024, ICEE have been successfully and efficiently working on the BT (EE) Locken Access Contract. Since the awarding of this contract to us, our dedicated team of highly qualified engineers have been undertaking a wide scope of works.
The BT (EE) Locken Access contract is a collaboration between BT Group’s mobile division, EE, and ICEE. Under this contract, ICEE’s team of certified field engineers provides escorted access to various telecommunications sites across the UK. This service is essential for authorized personnel who need to access specific sites but lack the necessary access keys or applications. ICEE ensures that these sites remain secure throughout the duration of any on-site activities.
What are the benefits of the Locken system?
The Locken system offers a range of benefits ensuring that all sites are managed efficiently and securely. By digitally recording and logging every site visit, it provides secure access control, real-time reporting and visitor tracking. This technology also simplifies key management for telecommunications providers making it easier to remove and document redundant keys and outdated systems.
For ICEE, Locken enables a consistent workflow allowing us to expand our team of telecommunications experts across the UK and support industry growth. Our continued role in providing access ensures that key sites remain secure at all times. Regular visits help prevent vulnerabilities maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
